Предпоставки за избор на индикатори за наблюдение и оценка на регионалното развитие в селските райони

Резюме: Настоящото изследване си поставя за цел да идентифицира основните предизвикателства, стоящи пред моделирането на индикатори за наблюдение и оценка на регионалното развитие на селските райони у нас. Формулирани са основните предпоставки и постановки за обективно определяне на надеждни индикатори за изучаване на процесите в регионалното развитие на селските райони. Прави се обзор на съществуващите нормативни документи, които регламентират създаването и използването на индикатори за диагностика на регионалното развитие на селските райони. Те се използват от Европейската комисия за измерване на някои процеси в регионалното развитие на селското стопанство в селските райони. В заключение е предложен подход за разработване на обоснована система от индикатори за анализ и оценка на регионалното развитие на селските райони, като се спазват принципите на демократичност и равнопоставеност при участието на заинтересованите страни в този процес.
