Организационна ефективност концептуална рамка, критерии и модели

Abstract: Целта на това проучване е да представи унифициран модел на организационна ефективност, обединяващ различни елементи, предложени от предишни изследователи, за да осигури цялостна рамка, която може да се използва за насочване на бъдещи изследвания, като се вземе предвид организационния контекст. Предлага се единен модел, който е холистичен, всеобхватен и интегриран, включващ системно мислене. Състои се от три компонента – цели, мерки и удовлетвореност на участниците/
заинтересованите страни – и може да бъде персонализиран от практици и изследователи към специфичен контекст в редица организации. Рамката може да се използва, за да помогне на мениджърите да изберат балансирани, подходящи мерки за оценка на организационната ефективност, които са специфични за контекста, и да осигурят по-холистичен подход за насочване на изследванията.
