Анализ на условията на местата за настаняване в селските райони (по примера на туристически район Долината на розите)

Abstract: Целта на настоящото изследване е да се направи оценка на съвременното състояние на туристическото предлагане, търсене и ефективността от настанителната база на селските райони, попадащи на територията на туристически район „Долината на розите”. Използван е сравнителен анализ за очертаване на мястото на селските райони в националната система на туризма. Идентифицирани са ключови фактори, които оказват влияние върху туристическия поток в селските райони. Най-важни са трите групи фактори: културно-историческо наследство; природни забележителности, разположени близо до местата за настаняване; качеството на настанителната база. Чрез проследяване на измененията на редица количествени показатели (места за настаняване, брой легла, период на функциониране, пренощували лица, приходи от нощувки, заетост на леглова база и др.) на общинско ниво за периода 2012 – 2022 г. са установени положителни тенденции – разширява се капацитетът на настанителната база, увеличава се броят и приходите от нощувки. Въпреки това, е установено неравномерно териториално разпределение на настанителната база в селските райони. Общините Хисаря, Копривщица, Павел баня, Стрелча и Сопот притежават значителен относителен дял от местата за настаняване. За да се привлекат повече посетители в по-малко популярни дестинации, е необходимо да се разработят нови туристически
продукти, които да отразяват спецификата на всеки район. Това включва стратегическо позициониране и активно популяризиране на предимствата на селските райони, като създаване на тематични маршрути, изграждане и промотиране на туристически бранд, използване на дигитални платформи, постигане на устойчив (целогодишен) туризъм, организиране на събития и фестивали. Изпълнението на тези цели ще подпомогне по-малко популярни дестинации да се утвърдят на туристическата карта и да привлекат нови посетители.
