Management of bachelor and master programs of economics and business administration in Germany - possible lessons for Bulgaria

Резюме: Nowadays the Bulgarian academic education is facing many challenges and responsibilities. They are related to the management of bachelor and master programs that could enhance their competitiveness as well as economic and social role. Rational management and reduction of bureaucracy, correct strategic decisions and internal reforms could enhance their academic role not only in Bulgaria. The aim of this article is on the base of two case studies of German universities to highlight the management of their academic programs and draw some recommendations for the Bulgarian academic institutions.
