Rural tourism in region Rodopi

Резюме: The purpose of this research is to accomplish economics valuation of small and middle size working tourists companies, attend growth of rural and agricultural tourism in Rodopi region, based on the index of the tourist spot concentration, expressed on the number of beds for 100 people gainfully employed. Researched spots are located in high and middle mountain areas, in villages in municipality: Smolian, Luki, Chepelare, Zlatograd, Devin, Asenovgrad. Researched tourist obdjects are distinct according to the functions and their size on: 1. Farm house, 2. guest house, 3. family hotel. Because of big differences in the expenses are distinct to heating and not heating period. Researching results shows that social-economical condition of Rodopi region is aggravated by the demographic collapse, worsen age structure of the population, lack of occupation, seasonal emigration of an active population, needs of big industrial enterprises, too much counting on the farming for the living, tourists utilities in farm house are only diversificationfrom the main duties of the family – making of agricultural production. Tourist enterprises like guest house and family hotel are independent organized; at family hotels, the levels of the incomes changes from tourist service are satisfying during the both seasons; -investigated correlation connections and dependences reach the following conclusions: because the level of labor efficiency depends of level of occupation, it is needed the activity for attracting new customers to be pushed on, strong influence of the current costs level on the final results impose management improvement inside of the tourist enterprise. Managers, however, can not have influence on the prices of parts and materials on the market, so the tourist enterprises are part of the business environment, which react to their activity. Few main actions are suggested for tourist enterprises activities improvement.
