In result there have been estimated 210 models of vine-growing farms which were differentiated using the following criteria: size of vineyards in farm, sort of grape, kind of formation of vineyards and scheme of the vines and kind of possession of machinery used in production. The main tasks which have been solved in process of modeling are: definition of even break size of the vineyards; definition of age structure and sort structure of vineyards in every model; definition of the technology of grape production; what kind of possession of machinery will be used in production (hired or own); appraisement of investment rent-ability and competitiveness of the models.
